When can I reach you?
I’m available Monday through Friday, 10AM–4PM Eastern Time. You can reach me via Slack(preferred) or email. While projects and tasks can take 24-48 hours for delivery, I aim to respond to communications within 3 hours during business hours.Do you work on holidays?
I observe all major US holidays, including Christmas Eve. I’ll provide at least 30 days notice for any extended time off and work with you to maximize your services surrounding and during that time.Do you respond to emergencies after hours?
No, I do not take emergency requests outside of business hours. If you know you will need after hours support for an event or special situation please discuss with me ahead of time and we can plan for that. -
How does billing work?
You’ll receive an invoice before the start of each billing cycle for your package retainer.What payment methods do you accept?
Squarespace Payments, PayPal, Zelle, ACH, or by check if local. -

Your fee covers the work outlined in your package.
