I don’t do “salesy” and I don’t want to talk you into something that you may not even need or want right now. This is for both of us to decide if we are the right fit for eachother!

1. Discovery Call


Choose the package and commitment length that works for your needs and budget. You'll receive an agreement to review with all the details. There’s no rush or deadline to sign.

2. Package Selection


Once the agreement is signed and retainer deposit is paid, we’ll schedule our kickoff session! During this session we map your current state, identify highest priorities, and create a clear roadmap for our work together. I’ll set up a Shared Google Drive where all of our notes, documents, and deliverables will live.

3. Kickoff Session


We’ll have regular working sessions, ongoing communication, and steady progress toward your operational goals! I can’t wait to see your growth!

"How is this different from hiring a VA or OBM?"

Virtual Assistants execute tasks you assign. OBMs manage your existing operations. I help you build the operational infrastructure in the first place then coach you to lead it effectively. Think: strategic partner + systems architect + leadership coach.


"What if I'm not sure what I need?"

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll assess where you are, identify what's costing you the most time/money, and talk through a clear path forward.


"Do you work with specific industries or types of businesses?"

I've worked with everyone from real estate teams to landscaping companies to health providers. The principles of good operations are universal, I just customize the application.
I do find that my style tends to compliment service based businesses best over product based, however. If you’re a product heavy business I’m still happy to meet with you and discuss your needs. If I feel that I wouldn’t be the best choice for you and your business I’ll be honest with you and give you some alternative recommendations and referrals.


"What if I need to pause or cancel?"

Life happens. We can discuss pausing between commitment periods. I just ask for open communication so we can wrap up active projects properly and I can ensure you have everything you need.


"Can I upgrade from Foundations to Growth Partnership/downgrade from Growth to Foundations?"

For sure! If you’re upgrading that means you’re growing and that’s super exciting! If you’re downgrading that means we’ve put in the work together and now you’re confidently stepping into where you’re supposes to be.
I created these packages because many of my clients want a way to continue working with me after their initial contracts and projects are complete. They get value out of having a strategic partner to talk through their thoughts, help them prioritize, and hold them accountable. So yes, as your needs evolve, we can adjust.
